Coffee and Chia Pudding Parfait

A Nutrient-Packed Start

Description: This Coffee and Chia Pudding Parfait is a nutrient-packed powerhouse that combines the goodness of chia seeds, Greek yogurt, and TeeBox Coffee. It's a healthy and energizing breakfast to kickstart your day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup brewed and cooled TeeBox Coffee
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • Honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • Fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

Instructions:

  1. In a jar, mix chia seeds and brewed TeeBox Coffee. Stir well.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the coffee and thicken.
  3. In the morning, layer chia pudding with Greek yogurt in a glass or bowl.
  4. Drizzle honey or maple syrup to taste.
  5. Top with fresh berries.
  6. Enjoy a nutrient-packed coffee-infused breakfast.
