Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days for all "non-coffee" or "non-perishable" goods. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at teeboxcoffee@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Apparel, accessories, and hard goods can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase for in-store credit, a refund, or a replacement.

If there is physical damage to the package or you feel it is unsafe to consume, bags of coffee can be returned for equal exchange of the same blend (or a similar blend of equal or lesser value). Coffee unfortunately cannot be returned for credit or refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are damaged or defective. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us, so we can take a look and make it right. If you need to exchange it or have any concerns or questions, shoot us an email at TeeBoxCoffee@gmail.com

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we do recommend to look into using a trackable shipping service or getting some sort of shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
