How quickly will my order ship once it's placed?
We process orders and ship out withing the next 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping notice as soon as the order has been boxed and labeled and then receive a tracking number as soon as available. We ship via USPS.

Can I modify my order after it's placed?
If you would like to try and change your order, it is best you reach out to us via email ASAP. We do really try to emphasize you double check your order before placing it to avoid having to modify any orders. There is always a chance that your order may already be processed in which case we can't modify your coffee order. That said, if you have a change you would like to make, email us at support@teeboxcoffee.com and we will do our best to accommodate you if it's possible.


How much does shipping cost?
To keep shipping costs as straightforward as possible, we have different levels of shipping costs based on your cart total. Please see below:

  • Order total less than $24.99 - USPS First Class or Priority Shipping - $4.99
  • Order total between $25 and $74.99 - USPS First Class or Priority Shipping - $7.99
  • Order total of $75.00+ - USPS First Class or Priority Shipping - FREE SHIPPING
  • Honors Club Coffee Subscription - USPS First Class or Priority Shipping - FREE SHIPPING

If I sign up for the TeeBox Honors Club and order other merchandise will my shipping be Free? 
Yes, so when you sign up for the TeeBox Honors Club, another perk is receiving Free Shipping on all orders, coffee and/or merch in addition to getting the exclusive discounts. (excluding any location outside the contiguous 48 states within the USA)

Do you offer International shipping?
We do offer international shipping outside of the United States. The shipping cost and service can be selected during checkout. The shipping is more expensive, and since this is the case we do not mark up the cost of international shipping. The cost and timing are entirely dependent on the service selected and the speed the shipments to clear your country's customs. 

We cannot offer Free Shipping for anyone outside the USA for coffee. For merch we can as long as your cart total meets the thresholds stated above.

Discount Codes

Where do I enter my discount code?
At checkout, you will see a designated area to enter your discount code on the checkout page.

What if my discount code doesn't work?
All of our discount codes we provide or send out are either limited by amount of uses, or a certain duration of time. First, make sure you are entering the correct discount code, some of the codes can be tricky! Second, please make sure you're not trying to use a discount code that has already expired. If you feel that you have a code that should be working and it is not, please email us at info@teeboxcoffee.com, and we will take a look for you.

Why is my discount code not discounting all of the products in my cart?
Discount codes generally apply to all products EXCEPT coffee subscriptions. Coffee subscriptions are already discounted 15% and include Free Shipping, so we are not able to stack additional discounts on top of those items. If you have a coffee subscription in your cart along with other items, you will see the discount applied to the non-subscription items only.


How does a coffee subscription work?
All of our coffees are available to be purchased as a subscription or a one-time purchase. Subscriptions are discounted 15% and include Free Shipping on the coffee. You can always modify, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time after purchase. Log in to your account at the top of our web page to manage your active subscriptions.

How do I access my Honors Club subscription?
Click "Honors Club" in the top navigation or bottom footer navigation of any page on our website. Once you log in to your account you will see a link to "Manage My Subscription" under Account Details. If you can not log in, or it says you do not have an account, please email us at info@teeboxcoffee.com and we can make sure you have an active user log in.

How do the Honors Club coffee subscriptions work?
All of our coffees are available for a regular Honors Club subscription. This means you can select the amount of bags or cartons you want to receive and the frequency in which you would like to receive your coffee (every 7, 14, or 30 days). You only pay for the coffee in a regular subscription when the order is processed each 7, 14, or 30 days. You can cancel, skip, or modify regular subscriptions at any time in your Honors Club account homepage. 


What is your return policy?
We try to accommodate any return needs within reason. Opened bags of coffee can not be returned for safety and sanitary reasons, but if you have any problems with an order, we're always here to work something out. Please read our full Refund Policy or just email us at info@teeboxcoffee.com


What is the best way to store TeeBox Coffee?
We suggest, after opening your TeeBox Coffee Bag to store in an air-tight container in a cool, dry place. Do not put the coffee in the freezer as this will introduce moisture to the coffee and ultimately degrade the quality of our premium roasts.
