Unfortunately with coffee we are not able to accept returns, That is why we have a try any of our core coffees risk free. Meaning if you aren't happy, please reach out via DM/Email and we will make sure we reimburse you.
Products under warranty should be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
